I’m Mishaal and you’ll find me at my happiest when I’m making progress. I like to tweak things, details bug me to distraction and I hate okra. Sometimes when white boarding ideas I like to pretend I’m an FBI profiler.
This blog is about experiments and is in itself an experiment. In health, strength, fitness, diet, business and anything else that I become obsessed with. Writing requires focus, organising thoughts and really committing to the subject not relegating it to the black hole that is my Instapaper account. I’d click ‘Read Later’ but I knew it was a lie.
I’ve always found it motivating to watch other people’s progress, avoid common or not so common mistakes and pick people’s brains (which by the way is a horrible expression if you think about it). I hope we can all learn something.
Expect to read a lot on training and diet as I get myself back in shape but I do have ‘a long list’ of posts lined up on other topics too.
